Secondary Cluster Meeting - 11/05/06

• Hartshead Sports College

Agenda:

• matters arising
• pivats update
• discuss and ask for comments re: development of TA/SSA handbook
• brought up-to-date with activities in the primary cluster and the involvement of West Hill Science College
• comments re: cluster for presentation of initiative to EPALS AOB
• KP gave a very brief synopsis re: up dated pivats - school request
• gave out draft handbook, invited comments to be given at a later meeting
• handed out theinformation on recording strategies and the working environment, this has already beendistributed to the primary cluster
• TA/SSA's upset that they are unable to meet with the other schools in the cluster. Jill suggested that a representative attended the meetings and then cascaded any relevant information so that they felt included. This was confirmed by the SENCo and Kath Shelmerdine was elected and will attend the meeting 15/5/06 at Gorse Hall on behalf of her colleagues. This was an item that was discussed during 'talk time'.
